I uh just wanted to here's this encounter with y'all. I'm down here in Louisiana and out in the woods. I've been out here in the woods for the last forty years since to come out of the military, and my encounters not from here in Louisiana I was. It's from back when I was in the military back in the seventies and I was staying at my girlfriend's spawn family farming, Arkansas, about a four hour drive from Fort Polk, Louisiana to there. I stayed there on weekends on the
farm with your family. They lived way out in the woods out there, about ten fifteen miles outside of Camden, Arkansas. And any case, this is an encounter that I kept inside me for pretty much over forty five years. I didn't talk about it to anyone. I came out the military back in nineteen eighty one, and I started my career in law enforcement when he had retired from law enforcement here about three years ago. And so I recently came out with it talking to my wife's uncle, whoton
my heart and partner. He had seen something. The only way to get it out of him was to go ahead and come out with my encounter for the first time. So I was going to share it with y'all. It happened on the farm, my girlfriend's farm in Arkansas, back in seventy five. And the long story short, I had just gotten there that evening, her granny made supper. We after that we hung her down and then watching TV.
Her grannie was in the kitchen washing dishes, and she screamed, and well we went inside there, go ahead and see how I see about her. And she was on the floor sitting towards pointing towards the window of the sink, screaming, I've seen it again. I've seen it again. And I I assumed it was an intrader. I had no clue
what it was. But in any case, her family knew what it was because evidently it came around before several times since why she said, I seen it again, And we armed up, went out back towards the pastor, and I remember like it was yesterday. He would know with forty years, went out back, her brothers went her to write me and her daddy to the left, we went, going toward the swamp and swamp we had just built a fence dividing fence from that swamp to the pasture.
Any case he got close to it, I'm gonna put a lot of office here to keep it in the fourteen minute sequence. You need right here for this. It's all, but in any case, we caught a strong stance. Next thing, we heard something rattling and rustling up and thiket ahead of us, about fifteen foot ahead of us, and it was rattling a row one, I mean, just cutting limbs, making a racket. And then it coumped over the fence from the swamp into the pasture and it stood about
twenty five foot from us. It was squatted down, stood up, and when it stood up it was flankings, so it was pointed facing to our right. It all happened in about twenty seconds, so I'm just flowing it down to give it a detail. It stood up and it's about eight foot tall, maybe seven hundred eight hundred pounds, covered in hair, long arms, big hands, big head, comb take out head, had a man's profile that said it was flight.
That was and then it ran from us and it ran like a track star, like a man on two legs. That's when I realized it was no bear, because I've seen sterbal bear and bear can stand up and they can walk like a man, but they can't run like a man. They have to follow the all fours. This thing ran like a man across that hundred yard pastor and missus Lack never fell to all fours, ran on
two legs, crashed to the cattle gate. Now with me at two by six oak again, that's when I knew it was no man in a stew or or a bear has being shattered two by six oak boards, and if you know what about oak, that's a hard heavy wood. Anyway, took a tractor at full throttle to go ahead and break through something like that. It hollered and roared, made our hair in our back, and I hidn't the head stand up it was. It was very pretty rough. That's
part of it right there. The rest of it. I don't want to share the rest because back all run out of times here.
