However, there is no denying how great this post-season has been for the Big Ten, including a program-defining win for Illinois, a perception changing win for Michigan, and PJ Fleck showcases how he's elevated Minnesota in their easy dispatching of Virginia Tech.

Four Big Ten teams make the CFP top 25, but even though others could have been ranked, the conference should be happy with how their four teams fared in the first CFP rankings, where they should have no less than three teams, and probably four, in the inaugural tournament come December.
