Tish Duffy: Training for Longevity, Building Community and Healthy Living Goals

Tish Duffy is a personal trainer and lifestyle expert.  Her brand Train With Tish has propelled her to national recognition.  She has been a Featured Instructor in Impact Magazine's Canada's Top Fitness Instructor list multiple times and was Muscle Insider's Trainer of the Year in 2019. Tish helps her clients through both strong body fitness and nutrition and lifestyle programs. She draws upon her own experiences in fitness competitions, marathons and adventure races to add even more value for her clients. Being based in the mountains of western Canada, she integrates her love of the outdoors with her fitness regimen through skiing, hiking and mountain biking.  She is also passionate about giving back to her community. She has led stress relief boot camps at the Sheldon Kennedy Child Advocacy Centre and shared her expertise through various speaking engagements at schools and women’s events.
