Alicia Bell is the Founder and CEO of Train It Right personal training and competition coaching, is an IFBB Figure Pro, a Kinesiologist, has been a national level track athlete herself as well as a university track and field sprint coach and sports nutrition expert.  Alicia has appeared on numerous magazine covers and has been featured in countless publications. She has trained and coached many IFBB competition winners, the NBA's Dwight Howard and even Drake's mom.   

Alicia has a large social media following as a fitness and wellness influencer and has worked with numerous international brands ranging from Puma and Garnier to Nike and New Balance.
