Big Fat TeddyEd episode 2 - Katie calls BS on the whole thing

After posting just one episode of my podcast, an old friend listened and reached out to call BS on my  whole mind frame. Its interesting after all these years, to hear someone else's perceptions of you growing up. Turns out, I had her all wrong too. As so many of us feel so isolated while fighting our body images, it is comforting to know we aren't really alone.
