I have spent all but 2 years of my life, as the fat kid. How did I lose 110lbs only to gain it all back?!?! I never conquered the mental issues that lead to my obesity. Come with me as I try to untangle 42 years worth of shame, stigma, and inferiority and make last health changes. I know we all feel our stories are so unique, but in reality we share more commonality to the causes of our health standings than we can begin to know.  Their is strength in vulnerability, and power in solidarity.
