In the Kingdom of God, He is the ultimate counselor. He uses as instruments of His counsel. In verse 5-6, we depict an image of a sheperd anointing the injured or needy sheep, in such a way that it overflows with blessings. When we walk in the fullness of the Holy Spirit, that's the remedy for you as the instrument in the Redeemer's hand.
