62: Biblical Counseling is Discipleship Counseling

Pastor Jeff reminds us from Colossians 1:28 that the goal is to help people mature in Christ Jesus. “Him we proclaim, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all wisdom, that we may present everyone mature in Christ.” (Col. 1:27-28). Taking someone down the path of infancy to maturity is painful and hard. After someone is spiritually born, they must grow up to Maturity.
