In this Episode I introduce you to the first guest speaker of the Beyond Unstoppable Podcast! Meet Miroslava Mendoza, my best friend, my #1 supporter, and of course my lovely Fiancée. We dive deep into her story about how she broke out of her shell to own her authentic self going against all odds. Coming out of the closet was not easy and specially coming out to her very traditional (Mexican) parents. My fiancée shares her story to bring awareness and to let you know that you’re not alone if you’re going through something similar, that you’re not alone if you’re not accepted by your family for simply being yourself, for being lesbian, gay, bisexual, etc. I have so much admiration for her because she has so much strength and I’m grateful for holding space for her to be completely vulnerable.
