Carma Caughlan is the chief marketing officer for SmartPak. She has an extensive background in digital commerce, specialty retail, and marketing leadership plus a longstanding passion for horses. Caughlan earned her MBA from the University of Portland, Oregon, and has held roles at several well-known brands such as UGG Australia, Nike, Intel, and Bath and Body Works. When she isn’t at work, she can be found spending time with her three horses, along with her daughters who actively compete.
