Episode description
Joe's Bio
Joe Cardillo is a Husband for 29 years and father of 4 children. He started in Vector Marketing, the subsidiary of Cutco Cutlery Corporation at the age of 18 and has since grown his responsibilities and opportunities for the last 34 years, achieving General Manager for all of Vector Marketing Canada. Whilst succeeding in his role at Vector, he’s also gone beyond the peak as a leader of the London Basket Brigade for the last 12 years, which is an offshoot of one of Tony Robbin's causes serving those in need. And if serving in this way wasn’t enough, Joe also started as a Professor in 2019 at Fanshawe College in the Business Graduate program. Finally, Joe is also a leader of the Roman Roadhouse, a platform bringing talented people to speak about social issues.
The way Joe chooses to humbly summarize himself is that he is an imperfect man still pursuing being his best version in every way.

And so we help people sell knives, but we help people achieve their dreams. So if we help people achieve their dreams, they're probably going to sell a bunch of knives, but we're going to help people achieve their dreams
