Hillsdale requires all Bachelor of Arts students to reach at least the intermediate-level proficiency in a foreign language. Josh Shaw (‘17) has gone much deeper and studied Greek and Latin beyond Hillsdale, receiving his Masters degree from Bryn Mayr. In this episode, he shares about his current PhD studies at the University of Tübingen in Germany and his experience writing and publishing articles and commentaries.
