Where do you float between masculine and feminine?

The more I coach, the more I think gender isn't a helpful distinction between human beings. Even the terms ‘masculine’ and ‘feminine’ make me nervous. Here's a deconstruction and (perhaps) a more helpful way of making sense of who we are in the world.
