Victoria is a former director of Ernst & Young in London, she founded Northern Lights PR over 30 years ago and is still its CEO, along with being the CEO of Next-Up, which she launched to inspire people to find new ways to use their skills to ensure continued well-being in what she calls unretirement. Next-Up also runs pre-retirement workshops for corporations and professional firms to help them understand the impact of retirement on mental health.
Victoria firmly believes that there is so much more to be gained from staying active than from retiring from whatever you are doing. Helping people figure out how to best use their skills - to the advantage of both the giver and receiver in any situation - keeps people active and vital for many years.
