Interview with Matt Poirier

I want to thank Coach Poirier for taking the time to come on the Podcast. I have learned a lot from the way he coaches and runs his program. He is an extremely humble and modest coach. He has over 300 wins, 10 league Championships, multiple Coach of the year awards. If you ask Coach about all his success, he will tell you it was all his players' hard work that made him so successful. He is a must listen and for you young coaches out there, find an hour in your day and listen to Coach Poirier. Make sure to have a notebook to take some notes because the Coach has some great things to say.
