Zarrina’s guest today is Dr Steve Jeffs, a multi-award-winning executive coach and business psychologist. With his intimate understanding of human psychology and the ingredients of excellence, he has an unparalleled ability to bring out the very best in each person he works with. In the world of coaching, he is a Master Coach, Coach trainer and Supervisor. Dr Steve holds positions as coach training faculty with the Coaches Training Institute and People Acuity (formerly Strengths Strategy). In these roles he is active as he continues to develop coaches and coaching, including having held board positions with the ICF Chapter in Dubai. When not developing coaches, Dr Steve works with executive leaders and their organisations to evolve leadership and people cultures.
