Erin Williams is a doula, a pre and postpartum yoga instructor, a model and a mom. She talks to Bridgett about her hopes for more sustained diversity in modeling agencies and in beauty & fashion advertising. They talk about how miraculous women’s bodies are and how women can learn to further appreciate them. Erin shares why she thinks it’s important to ask for what you need in life!
