During his Presidency, Dave Rendle's objective was to tidy up the way we use anthelmintics and start to afford these essential medicines the protection they deserve. On forming the Anthelmintic Working Group, he invited Nic Steel was to be one of the first opinion practitioners to help the group create simple, practical and effective guidance on how vets at the coal face could take responsibility for their roles in the unfolding tragedy that is anthelmintic resistance.
