Dave Morrow, CEO of Michigan-based Lume Cannabis, has had to change the way Lume does business because of the coronavirus. The global pandemic struck just as Michigan’s fledgling cannabis industry was expanding. Lume opened in December, just as recreational sales in the state became legal.
