For our second series, we get to hear the story of Amber's dad, Reverend Michael Welborn. For decades, Michael gave little thought to his health or diet. He also neglected going to the doctor for wellness visits and preventative screenings.

Michael's lifestyle caught up to him in a big way in the form of a massive heart attack that nearly cost him his life. Michael takes us through that experience, and the beginning of his long journey to a healthier lifestyle.
