The Cynic. The Cheerleader. The Coach.

This is a concept I have used extensively with success both personally and professionally in assessing how myself and others interact with dynamic environments. The intent behind naming these three characters is to provide objectivity (as best we can) and not self-judge areas of improvement we identify. There's a major difference between saying "I am playing the role of the Cynic" vs "I am cynical." 

K and I dig into this concept, each character, how they interplay, and hopefully share how this can be a very powerful way to raise awareness AND generate positive action within a dynamic and challenging environment.
