Cardiometabolic conditions exist in and of themselves but functionally, they are well known drivers of other health presentations. As naturopaths Carla Wrenn and Dr Brad McEwen discuss, it can be a “scary” space for naturopathic practitioners to consult in, but having a good grasp of the risk factors and drivers can help inform your assessment of an array of patient presentations.
