Some of the greatest companies may seem to have great vision, but where they really succeed is their alignment.
In today's Better Wealth Breakdown, Dan and I discuss a famous quote from Jim Collins stating “Building a visionary company requires 1% vision and 99% alignment.” Businesses can become extremely successful when the company can become aligned and laser focused towards a vision. Dan and I challenge listeners to apply this same principle in life, “Is your time and money being best aligned with where you want to go in life?” We also talk about the importance of having vision first and then later taking an audit of your life, finances, etc to see if what you are doing is really aligned with your vision, if it is you are good and if it isn’t where can adjustments be made to help get you in alignment.
