Over the past 15 years Damon has served in a variety of roles from director to senior generalist and benefits administrator, this summer he worked directly with TANF and UCHRA to secure $25 million dollars in funding that will help break the cycle of generational poverty in the Upper Cumberland and give disadvantaged families across all 14 counties a second chance to succeed.
