Better Make it Quick: Turia Pitt

There are very few Australians who don’t know who Turia Pitt’s name. She’s made a huge impact on so many people’s lives in this country. Eleven years ago, Turia Pitt was running an ultra-marathon in Western Australia, when she and several other competitors became caught in an out of control bush fire. Turia received burns to more than half of her body. Since then, Turia has told her story and used her experiences to help make people around the world happier.
