Episode description

Mark Manson is a super-successful blogger and now best selling Author, his two books “The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck” and “Everything is Fucked, A Book About Hope” have spent weeks and weeks at the top of every chart there is that concerns books.

He’s kind of like self-help for people who don’t like self-help.

Mark doesn’t hold back and asks his readers to take a long, hard look at themselves and make some pretty intense inquiries as to why things are the way they are.

I feel his work has its roots in the work of the Stoics, but if Ryan Holiday is a little too heavy for you, you’ll dig what Mark has to say.

We caught up over Skype as he wrapped up his recent Australian tour, and I sure hope you enjoy all that is packed into this very dense hour with Mark Manson.
