It's Never too Late: Creating Something Fresh

Many of us want to do, be and live better.  Unfortunately, we feel that our season has passed and that we have run out of time. This could not be further from the truth. One of my mentors use to say, as long as your are green side up you still have time to make something happen! I believe that breath equals opportunity and as long as you are breathing you have the opportunity to shift, to change… to be better.  The challenge is that many people miss the many opportunities around them "habitually". To great degree it is our habits that have created a life of happiness and fulfillment or one of lack and frustration. Today choose to "DO" something about it. I encourage you to create a pattern interrupt in your life. Do something different. Introduce a new variable into the equation of your life.... that is the only way to get different results.
