Episode description

White picket fence, single income family, separate water fountains… I swear they got a lot of folks out there that’s longing for the 1950’s… let’s discuss! This week the Best Friend Weekend Podcast went there. We started off the episode with Rumble Williams crowning Denzel as the G.O.A.T. but also asking about #2 (01:00) which led to a recap of last week (02:00) and our thoughts on the never-ending black actor ranking scale (04:00). Next, Aldo let us know What Burned His Boudin this week including pure white distributors (13:00), Brazilian leg lifts (18:00), middle school fight clubs (21:00), and charging parents when school shootings take place (25:00). After this we got into the discussion of people trying to go back in time like the Tennessee State Legislature (37:00), the Texas governor (42:00), and people trying to get away with murder (52:00). On the back end of the podcast, we hit some familiar tunes… blaming someone after a death (1:01:00), Hulu doing the most (1:04:00), and child support (1:07:00). To end things off, we gave our Big Three people from the Passion in the Bible (1:10:00).
