Welcome to Coaching Clinic Fridays where we share a real-life coaching example from inside our programs for one-to-one coaching. The goal here to help you work through on and also here Hello, friends. Welcome to this week's coaching clinic. Amanda here. I hope you've had an amazing week. I'm excited to share a little snippet of coaching with you.

i know many of you are working hard to grow an email list and if you're not i definitely put this high on the priority list and so if you've ever created that lead magnet and felt discouraged when it didn't land I want to say this loud and clear. It's probably not actually your freebie yet. It's your messaging around said freebie. So in this little snippet, I'm coaching on how to make this lead magnet work before just scrapping it and starting over and having a trillion lead magnets that exist.

I really am excited for you to hear some of the tactical ways and the tangible ways to assess the lead magnets you're not starting from scratch. And so it allows you to actually build an audience full of your ideal clients that want into your next offers. So I hope you enjoy. Around confidence. Why would I not do that? anybody to come off mute or drop it in the chat box no i heard no roi not tangible i like both of those things

Not measurable. Yep, all of those things. And it's going to take me, like, do you agree that building confidence is a slower process for them to feel the result of that? So I want you to sift through. And this personally is just like, here's where I honestly was stuck when I made some of my first freebies. I think of Gina when I want to talk about this.

I was like, oh, heck no, I'm not going to be another girl talking about how to increase your protein intake. This is back when I was building my health business. And so I was like, I'm going to teach them how to fix their mindset in a freebie. No. That's the problem is they can't fix their mind. Like, you could give some shit. But I'm not going to be able in this value-packed offer. I think what I would suggest is you want them to grab the thing and be able to implement it immediately.

So guess who started making a protein guide? This girl. Because in the end, I was like, that's what they want. They want authority. They want to see that you know what you're doing and they want an immediate result because the whole purpose of what we're doing right here is to create a desire for more. I want you to write that down in big letters. What the point of a freebie is, is to create a desire for more. More of you.

And so if we give them a 25-page e-book, I've also done that, by the way, like most of us are serving super busy, overwhelmed people. I mean, that's pretty much all the people we serve. An e-book that's 84 pages is not going to do the thing that we need it to do. So I just want you to comb back through that list and I want you to maybe star the thing.

And then once you think you have an inclination around that, I want you to tell me what it is in the chat. Just tell me your idea in the chat box once you're done.
