This week, Bain and Stone cover the hot topic of rubber band "shirts" being used in equipped powerlifting competitions.  They go through the history of devices like the Slingshot, and how they transitioned through Texas High School Powerlifting now to be accepted as "shirts" by some organizations.  In the "PLUSA Throwback" segment, the boys go all the way back to April 1992, with the late Anthony Clark on the cover.
