Episode 386 - Time for Debuts

On this week's podcast.... After the international break Benfica returned to action in this season's debut of the Portuguese Cup. None of the internationals made the game roster as JJ opted to include 9 "B" team players and 2 juniors in the game call up sheet. The score line is not indicative of Benfica's domination of the game, but of their lack efficiency in front of goal. We recap the game, discuss JJ's presser comments and wonder if there's a message behind it. We then look ahead to Benfica's Europa League fixture in Scotland against Rangers, and Liga Nos' next fixture against Maritimo in the Madeira island.
