How to glow up!!

Wanna be more confident, look better, feel better, be more attractive? These are my main three things I do to, re programming, shadow work, and energy work. Re programming at it’s core is simply changing your though patterns, beliefs and attitude to yourself and the reality around you. You can reprogram using affirmations and subliminals. Shadow work is a MUST!!!!! This releases old energy that is blocking you from feeling your best. All that set hate, doubt, insecurities are going!!!! Remember, they are coming up, to come out. It can be overwhelming at first, re experiencing all the old thoughts and beliefs but you’ll be twice as confident afterwards, because you’ve cleared space for that new good energy you want. The third, is energy work, simply putting good energy, love into yourself, your body, making decisions that make you feel truly good, treating yourself, cutting off people who don’t serve you, and taking time for just you and yourself. Your energy is the most powerful thing ya got, you ARE energy. Do a love spell, burn some sage, dance under the moonlight man. Do whatever makes you feel powerful within yourself, and makes you feel safe and confident. Remember, the glow that you seek, is only within you, no face mask, diet, workout routine will bring it out. They are ways of showing love to yourself, but at the end, your thoughts and energy gets projected to others. If you want others to see you as attractive, FEEL attractive. That’s pretty much all, for tonight, and it’s a nice change of pace for the both of us. I know you’re gorgeous, beautiful, AND amazing (ur absolutely stunnin btw) and ya strong. Gudnight 🌙
