Growing in the uncomfortable...

We are all in situations in life that produce emotions that we all feel. Feelings of anxiety, fear and uncomfortableness. Those emotions stem from change we might need to make in our lives to adapt and evolve but ones we do not want to make. This episode goes over changing what was uncomfortable to finding confidence in us to be comfortable.
