Facing Fear and Rising Over Anxiety

This podcast is a space and a place I can be me. I don't have to be Rose the Dough lady, or Rose the boss or Rose the friend, I can just be me. Everyone no matter what title they carry should be able to be themselves and unfortunately, in the world we live in that is not that case. What I have gone through in life most days brings me to my knees in how I am in situations, wanting to settle down and most importantly with the love of my life, Twisted Dough. I hate living in fear, sadness and pain but it also is so humbling. It is pinch worthy that I know I am alive for sure. If you need a place to just hear raw emotional thoughts and feelings, I invite you into this podcast where I am overwhelmingly taken by both and just want to make it in this world. We live truly all stressed out, money tight and barely afloat because some other something is happening in life. When is enough enough? When will the fear and anxiety go away? Will I truly experience full happiness in life at the age of 34?
