In this week’s episode I sat down with Aussie Ranger and single mum, Ali Burke.
After spending decades immersed in a celebrated drinking culture, Ali reached a point in her life where she knew something had to change.
Ali got sober curious which then led her down the path of hypnotherapy and a commitment to take one year off the booze. Six months in, the numerous benefits she experienced were enough for her to want to ditch the drink forever.
Ali radiates a glass half full attitude and chooses to look at sobriety through the lens of what she’s gained rather than what she’s given up.
Hearing Ali share her story with so much positivity was an absolutely joy. Now at two and a half years sober, Ali hopes to inspire other people like her, to take the leap and step into a sober life.
