Super excited about my guest today, Jerry Weinstein. If there is a guy whose done it all on the coaching / player development side, it's Jerry. He has coached at the High School and collegiate level, including 23 years at Sacramento City College, one of the pre-eminent JUCO baseball programs in the country.
He has coached or helped coach in the Pan Am Games, as well as the ’92, ’96 and 2000 Olympics, where he received a Silver and Bronze medal with Team USA. In professional baseball, Jerry has been with the Brewers, Expos, Cubs, Dodgers and the Rockies. He has also managed Team Israel.
Jerry has written numerous articles, 3 books, chapters for 2 others, and has produced various instructional videos. Having spoken at numerous conferences with Jerry I’ve had the privilege to not only listen to him speak but spend some time with him one-on-one. It’s always numerous life lessons learned and this one isn’t any different…
