Dr. Daniel Moore: The final installment of our 5 Part feature on Vanderbilt University. Dr. Moore is an assistant professor of pediatrics and the director of Vanderbilt’s Pediatrician Physician Scientist Training Program. Dr. Moore received his Bachelor’s degree from Harvard, his MD-PhD from the University of Pennsylvania, and then went to Vanderbilt to complete a residency in pediatrics and a fellowship in Pediatric endocrinology. Today, Dr. Moore shares his story, his experience in training and starting his own lab, and the structure and vision of the Vanderbilt Pediatrician Physician Scientist Training Program.
