I grew up playing soccer on a field named after George Brendler so this was very special to me. Mr. Brendler has led a life of service. From “teaching” soccer in the army, to starting a perennial powerhouse soccer program in Chazy and volunteering in the Alice T Miner museum. You can catch Bobby on the Channel 3 news in Pensacola every week night at 5,6 and 10. Long before he was famous he was in my parents wedding and bussing tables at Anthony’s in Plattsburgh.
