With a renewed sense of purpose, he set his sights on ownership, answering the call of the iconic Saddle River Inn for his first venture. From there, his culinary empire expanded with the opening of Cellar 335 and Madame in Jersey City, Saddle River Café, and more exciting projects on the horizon.
