Growing up, Eric wasn’t an adventurous eater, and that did not sit well with him. So he made it a personal mission to expand his palate—and that curiosity turned into a full-blown passion.
He began his professional life in finance, but the world of spreadsheets and suits didn’t offer the creative outlet he craved. On the side, he became a secret restaurant reviewer, slipping into some of the region’s hottest spots and falling in love with the energy, the flavors, and the entire experience. That opened his eyes to what was possible.
Later, while running social media for O’Bagel in Hoboken, he started to understand the grind and craft behind successful content—and just how tough it was to build a following from scratch.
After years of trial and error, quiet wins, and relentless effort, Eric cracked the code and became a standout voice in the crowded world of food media.
Now, he’s combining his two biggest passions—sports and food—with a brand-new mission: traveling to stadiums and arenas across the U.S. to review food offerings and bring fans the ultimate blend of sports culture and eats.
