After realizing accounting wasn’t for him, he took a bold leap—opening his first restaurant at just 21 years old with zero experience. While that venture didn’t last, it ignited his passion for the industry, leading him to work every position in a restaurant and become a self-taught chef.

But it was his grandmother’s cheesecake recipe that changed everything. What started as a simple family dessert became the heart of his business and a must-try for food lovers everywhere. We dive into his journey, the challenges of running a restaurant, and how COVID-19 impacted his business, his customers, and the Bloomfield community.
