Matt Drufke has been a performing comedian and show runner for over 16 years. His long-running Thursday showcase called Still Not Friday that takes place in the Chicago suburbs attracts some of the best touring comedians in the country. Matt also is passionate about giving newer comedians stage time on his show (provide they don’t act a fool). Matt is also a contributing writer for The Fancy Boys Club online magazine where he writes about stand-up, sports, & pop culture. Matt & I talked about the best practices in running a show and how to surround yourself with comedians who respect the craft and their peers.
