Episode description

Walter Gottlieb spent much of his life as a non-fiction media producer, writer, & director for channels like CBS, HGTV, The Learning Channel, & PBS. He won many awards including an Emmy for his work. He decided later in life to pursue stand-up comedy and has been producing his own shows in the Washington DC & Baltimore areas. We had a great talk about starting stand-up later in life and what it takes to make a successful show happen in places where you wouldn’t expect to see comedy.
