Ryan shares information about his background, including experiences working in a pediatric unit specializing in feeding and swallowing disorders and with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems. For the last five years, Ryan has worked alongside various professionals providing treatment for autistic individuals. In this episode, Ryan discusses what it’s like to take a collaborative approach —sharing with us his successes connecting with others, even when principles/opinions from different professions/professionals conflict.
