Episode 42: Burning Sky

This episode features Mark Tranter, founder and owner of East Sussex brewery Burning Sky. I travelled down to the small village of Firle, not far from another beer mecca - Lewes - to speak to Mark at the brewery. It was a great day for a beer geek like me to be in the presence of such an icon of the UK Craft Beer scene and in the very place where the magic happens!

Also featured in the episode, I talk about a few beer stories, such as Good Things Brewing Co looking to rebuild after their catastrophic fire as Allkin Brewing; London Fields Brewery being put up for sale, just as Fourpure and Magic Rock recently were too; and the International Women's Collaboration Brew Day on 8th March!
