Beth Vita, Assistant Brewer of B.C. Brewery in Hunt Valley, Maryland is in studio today to talk about the naturally gluten-free beer she brews. She was diagnosed with celiac disease a couple of years ago and decided to become a brewer to make beers she could enjoy. She explains what grains she uses, how this gluten-free beer has been received, and some future styles she hopes to tackle.
