This week I had a great talk with Jeremy Banas author of the new book Celis Beer Born in Belgium, Brewed in Texas. Mr. Banas did a great job telling the story of Pierre Celis and the Celis Brewery. For anyone interested in the history of craft beer, this should be on your reading list! I enjoyed Harold‘s ‘83 Honey Ale is my Beer In Front, plus there are some Jagoffs to be called out!
