I recently read Atomic Habits by James Clear, and that book has inspired me and taught me so many valuable things about habit making. In this episode, I go through the basic 4 principles of habit building: Make it obvious, make it attractive, make it easy, and make it satisfying. I really recommend reading the whole book, since this episode is just an overview.
