My guest today is Mark Greene.

We discuss why Mark decide to become a Navy SEAL, his experience in BUD/S, whether or not he was close to quitting during the toughest military training in the world, leadership lessons from his time in the Navy, bombs as an alarm clock in Iraq, becoming an officer, spending time the American legend, Admiral James Stockdale, why transitioning can be so difficult, how to effectively navigate life’s transitions, and more.

It was an honor to sit down with Mark; here’s our conversation.
