31 - Searching for Happiness? Let’s Chat About That

Let's chat about happiness? I've been processing some thoughts on journaling and today I just want to talk through some of those. I think alot of times we think we will find happiness in a place or thing, when we achieve or gain something. But today, I'm challenging those thoughts and talking about looking for happiness right where you are and instead looking at things and mindsets we need to let go of to find more happiness in life right where we are in with the people around us in the place we are, with the things we have.
